All jewelry orders are shipped packaged
in individual glossy brown gift boxes with a pretty
gold elastic bow.

Item Availability: 
Most of my pieces are one-of-a-kind or limited edition.  I update my site with new pieces quite often. Once an item is sold it will not longer be shown as available.

So if you see a piece you love get it while you can and be sure to check back regularly for site updates! I am also happy to fulfill custom orders. Please contact me and we can work together on your special piece(s).

How to Order Online:

You can order securely through my online shopping cart. Once you have placed your order using your Visa or MasterCard  you will receive an order confirmation email.

Shipping:

Items will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Items are normally shipped via UPS Standard service. Customers will be notified of any unusual delay via email. Orders received on Friday, after 3PM (Eastern Time), will be shipped out on the following Monday.

I will be happy to fulfill written, mailed as well as emailed orders. Please send me a brief note with the item number, description of piece, your email and mailing address, and mail it with a personal check, certified check, or money order made out to:

If your purchase is a gift, and you would like the item(s) shipped directly to the recipient(s), please include the recipient's information and indicate which jewelry pieces go to which recipient. Please be sure to include your home phone number and e-mail address in case I need to clarify your order.

 

Our Guarantee:

All Dana L. Arthur Jewelry is GUARANTEED to be free from defects in craftsmanship and materials upon delivery. Should the jewelry fail, and examination reveals it was due to negligence on my part, I will either repair or replace the item at no additional cost, or, if preferred, give a full refund.

 

Return Policy:

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you have any problems or concerns about your purchase, please contact us to give us a chance to take care of it. If you choose to return your purchase, we will gladly refund the purchase price, minus shipping cost. All returns must be received within 14 days of purchase date. Only items in their original and unused condition may be returned. All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, or paypal, a, credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

In most cases, this is no problem. Just make the request at the time of purchase and there is no extra charge!
